If you are a boatbuilder and you are looking for an interesting re-build project, then 'Angela' might be for you.
She has a sound hull & internal bulkheads, but needs top planking, decking, new wheelhouse & new single engine. She is kept in a boatyard and will be given to anyone who will promise to re-build her. The SMYA can provide a general arrangement drawing for a similar vintage Silverette, and will put you in touch with owners of similar craft to take measurements etc. Please don't let 'Angela' be lost forever, save her now. Contact the SMYA, we will assist you with her re-build any way we can. The owners of the boatyard where she is, refuse to destroy her, as their love of boats cannot allow this. |
